Ps. Somi Pranoto |
Rev. Somi Pranoto founded IFGF Austin in 1994. He was born and raised in Semarang, Indonesia, where in 1978 he accepted Jesus as his personal savior.
He came to the United States to continue his education in casting technology while ministering at IFGF Fresno under the leadership of Pastor Jimmy Oentoro and Pastor Paulus Kristanto.
In 1993, he moved to Houston, Texas to establish IFGF Houston. A church planter in heart, he established IFGF Austin and College Station in 1994 and IFGF Dallas in 1996. Pastor Somi was ordained as full time senior pastor of IFGF Texas. The Pranotos are blessed with two sons, Kenny and Kenneth. |

Ps. Paulus and Vivi Sastrojodjo |
Bro. Paulus Sastrojodjo was born in Mojokerto, Indonesia. He came to know Jesus Christ as his personal savior in May of 1983 during the Youth retreat in Batu, Indonesia.
In 1990, he came to United States to study Electrical Engineer at the Oklahoma State University where he met his future and wonderful wife, Vivi.
Brother Paulus and his wife came to Austin in 1996, where he helped nurture the still young church of Austin. Brother Paulus is known to have a humble and servant heart.
His commitment to teach and serve others, by living the Word of God, is a great blessing to every one of us here in Austin. The Sastrojodjo has a daughter, Tiffany, whom they love very much. |
